Receive a personalized 45-minute session with a professional kinesiologist who will analyze the current ergonomic design of your workstation and provide solutions and best practices to maximize comfort and sustainability for your body.

Designed for home offices, you are guided through 30 assessments and given long-term ergonomic solutions to target the cause of your pain.

Personal & Private Ergonomic Training Right In Your Home
Sitting down for long periods of time can be detrimental to your health and can decrease your work productivity. Book an ergonomics assessment with a Symmetrix kinesiologist to create a comfortable workstation.
Delivery of Virtual Assessment
Our virtual assessments are done over Zoom, a secure web conference platform that can be downloaded and used for free. You will be sent a meeting link prior to the time of the assessment and you must have a working device that has a camera, audio, and reliable internet connection.
Virtual Inspection of Workstation
Your home office workstation is carefully assessed by one of our kinesiologists who will analyze its current ergonomic design. You will have a discussion about any discomfort, pain or physical limitations you are experiencing. They will look at your chair, phone, monitor, keyboard and mouse to see how your equipment is affecting the ergonomics of your workstation.
Workstation Optimization
After the initial assessment of your workstation, you will be instructed how to adjust the design of your workstation in real time, in relation to the best practices of ergonomics. Moving equipment, adjusting posture and any exercises or stretches that can offer you pain relief. A brief summary of the recommendations will be emailed to you.
