Krista Willoughby

Krista joined our Yaletown admin team in November 2024, bringing her contagious positive energy to the front desk. Born and raised in Vancouver, she’s always been active—excelling in softball, track, and ultimate frisbee until a stroke ended her playing career. With a diploma in Human Kinetics, she loves helping people reach their physical goals. She’s also a certified veterinary assistant and a true animal lover! Catch her at our Yaletown studio on Mondays and Wednesdays!
