Maria Liaskas

Maria is a UBC Kin master graduate and has years of experience working in the clinical, sport and gym arenas. As a member of the Canadian National Team for 7 years she understands dedication, perseverance, and discipline. Her goal is to instil these same values into each session with everyone she works with.

Working with her clients Maria adopts a holistic and evidence-based approach in line with the most current research. Her client’s needs and expectations always remain central to her work. 

Maria is a Vancouver local who is passionate about movement during and after work. She is a long-time member of the beach volleyball community at Kits Beach and Spanish Banks. You can watch her compete in annual tournaments like the Sand Series and KitsFest!
